In general, yes. However, for us, safety comes first. For this reason, it may be that we can not carry out a tour as planned. In this case we will inform you about three days before the tour. It is possible that we will do the tour in another region or on another date. Of course always in consultation with you. If no alternative is possible for you, we will refund the tour price or provide you with a voucher.
The included and excluded services are described for each offer. If not described otherwise, travel costs, snacks and drinks as well as trips by train or bus during the trekking are not included in the price.
You will receive a booking confirmation after booking. Payment will be made as soon as the minimum number of participants has been reached. Approximately 3 weeks before the trekking you will receive more information about the implementation.
Please let us know directly in this case. Depending on the time of your cancellation we have to charge a cancellation fee (see point 14.2 of our terms and conditions). The remaining amount will be refunded or returned to you as a voucher.
